Achieving a 17-year career in Information Technology, Helmer has gained experience and knowledge through account management, channel strategy and leadership roles with market-leading companies around the world. Beginning his career in the United States with Cisco Systems in 2000, Helmer worked in many different segments, achieving sales growth in SMB, Midsize and Large Business segments.
In 2010, Helmer moved to Australia to help run the Cisco initiative to launch the market with the region's largest service provider partner. In 2015 Helmer joined Box as Channel Manager in Australia and New Zealand, spending the last two years building and executing a successful channel strategy in the region. At Box, he managed large global distributors, incorporated and developed new cloud-focused integrators, worked with ISV's and IS's partners to close large, multi-year SaaS agreements and built a consistent channel sales channel.
Matt Riley, formerly Vice President of Channels responsible for building Associated PrinterLogic programs, will now lead the company's expansion to Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) as president of PrinterLogic GmbH, based in Wiesbaden, Germany. He will be responsible for P & L and will oversee business relations with key EMEA partners. This includes oversight of strategic alliance contracts and the reseller partner program, as well as partner enabling resources and executive relationships. Since joining PrinterLogic in early 2013, Riley has helped build several organizations within the company, including sales teams and channels.
Previously, Riley held sales positions in global technology companies, including Cisco Systems and Alcatel-Lucent, as well as business development roles in multiple technology integrators. These roles provided exposure to a wide range of sales methodologies and partner engagement strategies, giving them the ability to design and manage a sophisticated channel model in PrinterLogic.
